Job summary

MIKID is seeking a Family Support Partner to empower families and children in our community. You will provide compassionate support, connect families to services, and advocate across child-serving systems to improve outcomes.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, firsthand experience as a parent or caregiver of a child with behavioral health needs, and involvement in at least two systems. We offer training, reimbursement for certifications, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience as a parent/caregiver of a child with behavioral health needs.
• Involvement in two child-serving systems (Education, Juvenile Justice, CPS, DD).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities for managing caseloads.
• Current DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (MIKID provides reimbursement/assistance).
