Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in NY or NJ, or eligibility.
• Strong immigration law knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft motions, briefs, and appeals with precise legal language.
• Represent clients in immigration court, family court, and before USCIS.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations during proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex immigration matters.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation for all matters.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration law and procedures.
