Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in providing direct or indirect social services required.
• Previous experience working with low-income families and those experiencing homelessness preferred.
• Training in working with low-income families and those who are homeless preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-based case management services and housing intervention to families and individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Work with families and individuals to improve their quality of life.
• Educate for more effective community living.
