Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide gap childcare and backup coverage for au pair.
• Assist with backpacks, clothing, snacks, and kid-related logistics.
• Coordinate household and childcare logistics with the au pair.
• Step in for light supervision during parental travel.
• Set up and manage the household's digital calendar and scheduling.
• Research and coordinate summer camps and family activities.
• Manage travel planning for domestic and international trips.
• Coordinate family appointments and household scheduling.
• Assist with receipts and light budget tracking.
