Company Confidential is seeking a reliable House Manager / Mother's Helper to support our busy family in Los Angeles. The role focuses on household management and after-school childcare for two young boys, ensuring the home runs smoothly and the children are cared for with attention to detail.

The position involves meal prep, meal-related errands, organization, and laundry, with a 4:00–5:30 PM after-school care window on weekdays. Flexibility to adapt as family needs evolve is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with household management or babysitting preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt to family's changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Meal prep for the family.
• Grocery shopping and occasional errands.
• Tidying and resetting the house throughout the day.
• Managing children's toy organization and room upkeep.
• Pick up our children (walking distance from our home) and care for/entertain them from 4:00-5:30 PM on weekdays.
• Household laundry—washing, folding, ironing, and putting away.
