Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds when needed.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the Carter's loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and keeping the store clean and safe.
