This is a contract remote role for an Adventure Planner. The Adventure Planner will be responsible for creating and organizing adventure itineraries, researching destinations and activities, coordinating with suppliers, managing bookings, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Adventure Planner will also handle customer inquiries, provide travel advice, and manage any issues that arise before or during the adventure trips. This is a 1099 position.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel planning, itinerary creation, and destination research
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in using social media.
• Experience in personalized service, family vacations, and customer care

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with families to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Plan and book personalized vacation packages including flights, cruises, resorts, tours, and activities
• Offer expert guidance on family-friendly destinations, accommodations, and travel insurance
• Handle all aspects of trip planning from inquiry to post-travel follow-up
• Stay up to date on travel trends, destination requirements, and promotions
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients

• Prior experience in travel planning, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using booking systems and travel tools (training provided)
