Job summary

Manahawkin Vision in Manahawkin, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join its family-centered private practice, offering routine and medical eye care in a welcoming environment.

You’ll perform exams, fit contacts, prescribe medications as appropriate, and collaborate with opticians and staff to deliver a seamless patient experience for all ages; approx 30-hour workweek in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed optometrist in New Jersey.
• Ability to perform routine and medical eye exams.
• Experience with contact lens fittings.
• Capacity to manage 25–30 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care including routine and medical eye exams.
• Conduct contact lens fittings and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Care for a diverse patient base across all ages and visual needs.
• Collaborate with opticians and administrative team to deliver a seamless patient experience.
