Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional manager to join the team at our Family Entertainment Center (FEC). As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the FEC operates smoothly and efficiently. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, execute on our birthday parties, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests. Successful Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service. If you’re knowledgeable about store operations and have a passion for customer service, and are available to work on weekends, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

1. Greet and serve our customers with a smile
2. Lead and manage our party hosts (majority are high school students) in tactics to attract and retain guests
3. Plan and execute birthday parties and events
4. Maintain information in the point of sale system
5. Manage cash and other forms of payments
6. Manage store inventory

Qualifications

1. Availability to work on weekends - This is a Must
2. Three years of previous retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) is preferred
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Excellent team building and leadership skills
6. Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or relevant field is preferred
