Greenleaf Hospitality Group's Kalamazoo Country Club is hiring an Activity Attendant for our Family Activity Center, including a bowling alley, movie theater, and arcade. You will provide friendly, guest-focused service, handle daily operations, and help ensure equipment is safe and well maintained.

Join a fun team, host private rentals, and support events across departments. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends; CPR certification preferred or obtainable; background checks required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, problem solving abilities, and a growth mindset.
• Must enjoy working with children of all ages.
• Must have flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred CPR/Child Infant and CPR/AED certified or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Ability to pass an annual background check.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical support, problem solving, and excellent customer service during the daily operations of the bowling alley, movie theater, and arcade.
• Serve as a party host, for private rentals of the Family Activity Center, meeting all the needs of our guests in a positive, consistent, and customer focused manner.
• Work collaboratively and effectively with co-workers.
• Accurately complete procedures for facility operations, cleanliness, and safety.
• Clean and sanitize toys, equipment, and furniture within the activity areas.
• Attend all required meetings and staff training.
• SMILE and provide a positive environment for all members, staff, and guests.
• May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
