Kalamazoo Country Club is seeking an energetic Activity Attendant to join the Family Activity Center, including a bowling alley, movie theater, and arcade. You will deliver outstanding guest service, support daily operations, and ensure safety and cleanliness while engaging with guests.

The role requires flexible availability—mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends—and a willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to work with children of all ages.
• Flexibility with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• CPR/Child Infant and CPR/AED certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass an annual background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical support and excellent customer service in daily operations of bowling alley, movie theater, and arcade.
• Serve as a party host for private rentals, meeting guest needs.
• Collaborate with coworkers across departments.
• Complete procedures for facility operations, cleanliness, and safety.
• Clean and sanitize toys, equipment, and furniture.
• Attend required meetings and staff training.
• Maintain a positive environment for members, staff, and guests.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
