Family Entertainment Center (Arcade) Attendant

Join us as a Family Entertainment Center (Arcade) Attendant at Margaritaville Resort & Family Entertainment Center Biloxi.

This role involves monitoring interactive amusement games, attractions, kiosks, and assisting guests at various service points including the information desk, attractions, and redemption areas. You may also be trained to support water park operations, birthday parties, and special events.

Responsibilities include helping guests with Fun Card transactions, maintaining safety and cleanliness, performing minor repairs, stocking supplies, enforcing safety and dress codes, and providing exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable experience.

Ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. You must be at least 16 years old, with some experience in guest service preferred, and able to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
