Join Alpha and become a pivotal part of families' educational journeys!

We’re not just a school; we’re redefining education from the ground up. As a Family Engagement Specialist, you will be the reassuring guide for parents navigating the critical decision of their child’s education. Your role will be the trusted anchor, providing clarity, support, and enthusiasm.

This position goes beyond mundane tasks—it's about crafting a personalized, exceptional experience for every family considering our school. From the initial call to the shadow day experience, you’ll orchestrate the journey, ensuring families feel valued and excited, without making any admission decisions yourself.

Alpha thrives on a dynamic, high-expectation culture that prizes clarity, dedication, and empathy. If you excel at turning intricate processes into seamless experiences, enjoy fostering trust through stellar communication, and seek a role where your efforts visibly impact the community, this is the place for you.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Engage in meaningful phone and email interactions with prospective families, addressing their inquiries, easing concerns, and establishing strong connections.
  • Organize school tours by coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring families feel prepared and enthusiastic.
  • Design and oversee personalized student shadow days that cater to each family's unique needs, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication.
  • Meticulously track all engagements and follow-ups with tools like HubSpot to maintain attention to detail.
  • Embody and communicate Alpha’s core values and educational philosophy in every interaction.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Making final decisions on admissions or changing school policies.
  • Waiting passively for forms; this role demands proactive engagement.
  • Sending generic responses; each family is treated as unique, not just a case number.
  • Working in isolation; collaboration with internal teams is key to delivering cohesive experiences.
  • Reciting scripts; this role involves engaging, spontaneous communication.

Family Engagement Specialist Key Responsibilities

Provide a premium admissions experience that fosters trust with families, turning interest into enrollment through expert communication and seamless coordination.

Basic Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in roles that involve customer or family interaction.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks with precision and follow-through.
  • Comfortable and professional phone manner.
  • Located in the U.S. with the legal ability to work without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background in admissions, education, hospitality, or operations.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with campus logistics or family engagement in trusted environments.
