Applitrack at Abilene ISD seeks a Parent Involvement Coordinator for Clack Middle School to foster strong school‑home partnerships and coordinate the Title I Parents Family Engagement program. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Survey parents to determine needs and assess effectiveness of the PFE program.
Collaborate with school leadership and stakeholders to involve parent, family, and community in decisions.
Provide PFE training, tips, strategies, and ideas to staff and families.
Coordinate campus Parent Activity Center and engage parents each grading period.
Develop, publish PFE materials including calendar, newsletters, and electronic media.
Provide information to families about resources to meet needs.
Make home visits related to Title I and academic achievement.
Assist CPAC meetings and distribute/update the campus Parent Family Compact.
Represent campus on the DPAC and collect Title I surveys for action plans.
Present Title I accomplishments at the DPAC meeting.
