10 BCFS Health and Human Services is seeking a Family Engagement Coordinator to ensure quality services for families in compliance with program standards. The role involves coordinating the Parent Advisory Committee, conducting outreach, and maintaining trusting relationships with families.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of related experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, alongside effective communication and organizational skills necessary to navigate a fast-paced environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years related direct experience for high school diploma. Preferred – Bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
The Family Engagement Coordinator is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to ensure quality services are provided to the service population while maintaining compliance with established program standards.
