Job summary

Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking a licensed Family Centered Treatment Therapist to provide in‑home, in‑office, and community‑based therapy for children, adolescents, and families in Ohio.

You will complete clinical assessments, develop family‑centered treatment plans, and deliver trauma‑informed interventions while collaborating with schools and a multidisciplinary team, maintaining documentation, and managing a flexible caseload.

Qualifications

• Licensed Family Centered Treatment Therapist required.
• Experience delivering therapy in home, office, or community settings is a plus.
