Job summary

Health Connect America, Inc. seeks a licensed Family Centered Treatment Therapist to provide in‑home, in‑office, and community‑based therapy to children, adolescents, and families.

You will complete clinical assessments, develop and implement family-centered treatment plans, and deliver evidence‑based, trauma‑informed interventions that promote safety, stability, and lasting change. • Licensed clinical license required.
• Experience delivering family-centered therapy to children and families.
• Ability to work across in-home, in-office, and community settings.
