Job summary

Washington County seeks a Psychiatric Social Worker for the Family Centered Treatment program. The role involves delivering individual and family therapy to children and families in the FCT framework, both in-office and in-home settings, under supervision.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and a WI clinical license or eligibility within 6 months. A valid WI license and Wheels of Change certification within 12 months are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current Wisconsin Clinical License in Social Work or Counseling, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of employment.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license, automobile, and automobile insurance are required.
• Must be fully certified in FCT within twelve months of initial hire via Wheels of Change and FCT Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Provides Family Centered Treatment to youth and families, adhering to the FCT model.
• Completes all necessary FCT assessments and documentation.
• Performs psychosocial assessment interviews and gathers social history.
• Provides psychotherapy for adults and children in various modalities, often in the family home.
• Completes medical record documentation including psychosocial histories and treatment plans.
