The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess a bachelor's degree in social services, and demonstrate experience in managing teams and handling social work cases with cultural sensitivity. This role involves performing assessments, managing casework, and coordinating various resources to aid clients effectively.

• Perform intakes, registrations, and assessments with utmost care and compassion
• Manage cases in English and Spanish
• Provide services and information in a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed manner
• Refer clients to community programs, medical services, schools, immigration services, and other organizations
• Set up translation services and coordinate interpreters
• Manage a team of four
• Pay Rate: $37 per hour
• Time Commitment: 3-4 days per week, 12 hour shifts

• 2+ years’ experience working with vulnerable populations
• Must have case management experience

• Deep understanding of trauma and experience delivering trauma-informed services
