We are an Internet marketing firm focused on engaging consumers online (web, mobile, social, etc.) to understand their needs and connect them with suitable products and services.

Join our small team of dedicated agents helping families find care options. This remote role suits those comfortable working from home as a 1099 Call Center Agent, conducting outbound lead verification calls in the senior care space. What You'll Love:

  • Pay: $15.00/hour
  • Schedule: 1:30 PM – 7:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday (27.5 hours/week)
  • Remote work
  • 1099 contract position

A Day in The Life:

  • Work from home as a high-volume call center agent
  • Place outbound calls (80%) and handle inbound calls (20%) to families seeking caregivers
  • Screen and qualify families, matching them with our partner agencies
  • Transfer qualified families to clients for finalizing care requests

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience
  • Own equipment: PC/laptop, USB headset (Chromebooks not supported)
  • Stable, high-speed, wired internet connection
  • Availability Monday–Friday
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Experience with lead generation/verification or debt collection is a plus
  • Minimum age: 18 years

  • Meet call center KPIs
  • Make outbound calls and support inbound family calls
  • Have professional conversations to match families with agencies
  • Facilitate live transfers to matched agencies
