Qualifikationen

• Assesses complex family dynamics and client needs with case manager to determine referrals and services.
• Maintains time and case records per guidelines.
• Plans, coordinates, transports, and supervises foster children for visits.
• Provides court testimony or written reports as directed.
• Provides crisis assistance and helps clients access ongoing services.
• Provides parent education and independent living skills training.
• Coordinates drug testing as needed.

• Valid MN Driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years post-secondary education or two years experience in social services or equivalent.
• Prepare operational records and reports.
