**Summary:**The Mental Health Worker (MHW) and their Master’s level co-therapist are responsible for providing mental health treatment/therapy and case management to the identified child/adolescent to prevent out of home placement. The MHW works with all family members, in either the home or community, to enhance relationships. The MHW works to build connections between the family and community, school and other service providers. This position is part of our Youth Mental Health (MH) Services Family Based Services. Flexible, Full-Time Schedule (40 hrs./wk.)
