Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:



  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related field.

  • Three years of experience with children and adolescents providing mental health or community services is also required.

  • A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license and access to reliable transportation is a requirement.

  • 1-year supervisory experience required, 1 year facilitating clinical supervision preferred.

  • State licensure preferred.

Description

We are seeking a Full Time Family Based Supervisor for our Family Based program to join our team in Chester County, PA!


Position Details


The role of the FBMHS Supervisor/Clinical Lead is to provide clinical oversight and support to a Family Based team. Supervisor may provide direct service delivery as a means of supervision, training, or case coverage. Supervisor provides 24 hour a day on-call support to a rotation of clinicians and provides interventions and support to on-going therapeutic activities and crisis interventions. Supervisor will work with their direct supervisor to provide daily operational support to the Family Based teams and program as assigned and required. Supervisor will assist with other daily operational tasks as trained and assigned.


Office Environment with Field Supervision or service delivery in the Community. A valid Driver's license and reliable transportation is required. Scheduled to be supportive of clinical staff needs, supervisor to be available for consultation during evening sessions and to approve treatment plans.
