Job description

We are seeking a Full Time Family Based Supervisor for our Family Based program to join our team in Chester County, PA!

Position Details

The role of the FBMHS Supervisor/Clinical Lead is to provide clinical oversight and support to a Family Based team. The supervisor may provide direct service delivery as a means of supervision, training, or case coverage. The supervisor provides 24-hour on-call support to a rotation of clinicians and offers interventions and support for ongoing therapeutic activities and crisis situations. The supervisor will work with their direct supervisor to provide daily operational support to the Family Based teams and program as needed. Additionally, the supervisor will assist with other daily operational tasks as trained and assigned.

Work is conducted in an office environment with field supervision or service delivery in the community. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. The supervisor should be available for consultation during evening sessions and to approve treatment plans, supporting clinical staff needs.

Salary: Earn up to $67,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience working with children and adolescents providing mental health or community services.
  • A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • One year of supervisory experience is required; one year of facilitating clinical supervision is preferred.
  • State licensure is preferred.
