Description

We are seeking a full-time Family Based Supervisor for our Family Based program to join our team in Chester County, PA.

Position Details

The FBMHS Supervisor/Clinical Lead provides clinical oversight and support to a Family Based team. Responsibilities include direct service delivery for supervision, training, or case coverage. The supervisor offers 24-hour on-call support to clinicians, providing interventions and support for therapeutic activities and crisis situations. They work with their supervisor to support daily operations of the Family Based teams and assist with other operational tasks as needed.

The role involves office-based work with field supervision or community service delivery. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. The supervisor should be available for evening consultations and approve treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • At least three years of experience working with children and adolescents in mental health or community services
  • A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • One year of supervisory experience; clinical supervision experience preferred
  • State licensure preferred
