Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Family Based Case Manager for our Child and Family Services team in Allentown, PA, covering Lehigh, Northampton, and Carbon Counties.

The role involves providing treatment services to families, coordinating with schools and physicians, and serving children and families in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related discipline, or a bachelor's degree with 12 credits in counseling or psychology.
• A minimum of one year experience working with children or adolescents.
• A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
