A community service organization in El Dorado, KS is seeking a Family Advocate to support enrollment and program compliance while building relationships with families. The role requires an Associate's degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience with children and families. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, office knowledge, and is bilingual in English/Spanish. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
Support full enrollment and program compliance through recruitment and enrollment activities as a Child Start Family Advocate. Build relationships with families to successfully conduct needs assessments and set goals. Develop a comprehensive understanding of available services and resources in the community. Connect families with appropriate services and resources in the community based on their needs and goals, using a case management approach. Explore and identify new services and resources to support family needs and goals. Maintain records of children and families. Assist in organizing center events and record keeping as instructed by the Early Childhood Manager. Provide services to families either in their homes or at the assigned center. Support families during mandatory, requested, or required meetings.

Must be able to commute daily to El Dorado, KS. This is not a remote position.
