Job summary

Acelero Learning Delaware - White Oak is seeking a Family Advocate to partner with families, connect them with healthcare, housing, and social services, and help children succeed in school and life.

You will conduct family assessments, develop partnership plans, and coordinate with teachers and community partners to provide holistic support. Bilingual Spanish-English and a caring, organized approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Pass a physical exam and background check.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
