ADC Management Services are hiring a Family Advocacy Program Assistant (FAPA) for Davis Monthan AFB to provide administrative, technical, and prevention services under the FAO. The role acts as the administrative backbone of the FAP team, supporting records management, meeting prep, research assistance, and instrument administration for prevention and maltreatment interventions.

Under the FAO, the FAPA may assist with New Parent Support and Outreach activities, including public speaking with

• Associate’s Degree required in Social Behavior, Human Behavior, Health Care Education or Teacher Certification Program.
• Developing an education curriculum with learning objectives and outcomes and strong written and oral communication.
• Maintain current BLS (Course C) certification from American Heart Association.
