Job summary

Stellar Senior Living seeks an experienced Family Advisor/Salesperson to join the sales and marketing team at La Sonora of Dove Mountain in Marana, AZ. You will guide prospective residents and families, explain options, and coordinate move-in processes with the team.

The role blends Sales and Marketing responsibilities, including planning events to promote the community and support residents and their families. A strong track record and love for seniors are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior living sales preferred; hospitality, property management, hotel management, or event sales also considered.
• Associates or bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success and engaging personality.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.
• A love for seniors.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We call our sales team members \"Family Advisors\" because that is truly their role in helping prospective residents and their families understand their options regarding senior living. Our Family Advisors work closely with community partners, referral sources, prospective residents, and their families to help them understand their needs and the best options to meet those needs. This isn't just another sales job; it is a calling to serve and help people make one of the most critical decisions in their golden years.

Responsibilities

The position is twofold:

Sales

• Work closely with prospective residents and their families to help them understand their options and identify their needs so they can make the best decision.
• Identify and establish new relationships with community partners and referral sources while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.
• Facilitate the necessary paperwork and support needed for move-in- this includes good communication with Team Members regarding new residents, apartment availability and timelines.

Marketing

• Plan, coordinate, and execute top-notch marketing events to promote and benefit the local community, our residents, and prospective residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior living sales are preferred, but if you have experience in hospitality, property management, hotel management, or event sales, we would love to hear from you!
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, public relations, communications, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record of success
