Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Family Advisor at our senior living communities in Wisconsin to recruit residents by cultivating relationships with prospects and their families.

You will develop marketing strategies and manage referrals and community partnerships, while supporting occupancy and admissions processes. Discretion and strong communication are essential, along with a focus on senior care, dementia awareness, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident recruitment by building relationships with prospects and families.
• Develop and maintain internal and external marketing strategies including referrals and community relationships.
• Maintain occupancy levels by tracking resident movement and admissions movements.
• Serve as central point of contact for prospective residents and collaborate with community management for admissions/assessments.
