Job summary

Enterprise is seeking university students for its Management Internship in Huntsville, Alabama. You’ll gain hands-on experience in fleet management, sales, marketing and customer relations in a team-based setting.

The internship is paid at $15 per hour, with up to 25 hours per week. Locations: Market A, 6650 HWY 72 W; Market B, 1006 Jordan LN NW. You’ll work on real projects and have opportunities for incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Senior in a bachelor’s program with graduation by May 2027.
• At least 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing, or management experience.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to work up to 25 hours per week, including monthly weekend shifts.

The current intern rate of pay is $15 / hour

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be a current Senior in your bachelor’s degree program scheduled for graduation no later than May 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales (business to business, commission based or quota based) or customer service or marketing or management experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
  • Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week, to include a weekend rotation once a month.
