Qualifications

• Illinois RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1–2 years of RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all aspects of the restorative nursing department.
• Evaluate residents' restorative nursing programs and progress.
• Perform resident assessments and participate in admission/discharge planning.
• Contribute to resident care plans and complete portions of MDS and related documentation.
