Job summary

The core working hours are 7 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday with an hourly wage of $19.81. You will perform loading/unloading, ensure dock safety, enter data for inbound/outbound shipments, and coordinate with security for driver directions while occasionally backing up the fitness center duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background security clearance to work at a location that serves adults with disabilities.
• Minimum age 18 with a High School diploma or GED and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure timely loading and unloading of freight at the Loading Dock.
• 2. Safe operation of dock equipment and report maintenance and safety concerns.
• 3. Help consolidated mailroom staff upon request.
• 4. Input inbound/outbound products into SendSuite and store in cage area.
• 5. Use handheld device to check out and distribute to internal and external clients.
• 6. Accurately document inbound/outbound activities.
• 7. Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• 8. Oversee the safety of the dock area.
• 9. Coordinate with security to direct drivers unloading products.
• 10. Back up fitness center duties when coverage issues arise.
