Swift Events is expanding in the Greater Cleveland area. We are seeking motivated individuals to join as Business Development Specialists, focusing on sales, marketing, customer relations, and leadership growth.

This role offers hands-on training, opportunities for career advancement, and a team-oriented environment to develop sales, marketing, and business management skills. 18+ and available for at least four days weekly are required.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work at least 4 full days per week.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
