Job summary

MGM Resorts International seeks a Poker Floor Supervisor in Atlantic City to run the floor of a fast-paced poker room. You will guide a team, manage tournaments, greet players, explain games, and uphold brand standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll coordinate seating, resolve guest and employee issues, solicit feedback for new services, and maintain signage and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor supervising assigned operational functions of the Poker Tournament.
• Greet players and maintain the seating list; explain games and procedures.
• Resolve guest and employee complaints and escalate to Tournament Manager when needed.
• Maintain table game signage and update as requested by Poker Tournament personnel.
• Supervise delivery and measurement of guest service aligned with core standards and brand attributes.
