Foley Public Schools is seeking a Fall Musical Tech Director for Foley High School. The role begins in fall 2026 and ends in mid‑November, with responsibilities to instruct, evaluate and supervise students as they build the set for practices and performances.

The director will support the stage team and work closely with students to develop a visually engaging set, cultivating positive relationships and an educational atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous theater experience preferred
• Ability to connect, motivate, support and direct student participants in an educationally-based atmosphere
• Ability to form positive relationships with participants

Responsibilities

• Instruct, evaluate and supervise high school students to prepare the set for practices and events.
• Support the director and work independently with students to create a visually pleasing set for the play.
