Visual Property Management invites interns to join the Leasing Team, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing tenant leads, market research, and leasing operations. You will work with Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management to support day-to-day tasks and property tours, while developing a foundational understanding of leasing strategies in a fast-paced team environment.

The program emphasizes practical real estate deal making and operational excellence, with a paid hourly rate and relocation

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree in Business or Real Estate; internship is suitable for students.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced leasing environment.

Responsibilities

• As a new member of the Leasing Team, you’ll assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting leads operations.
• You’ll gain practical experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making.
• The intern should be prepared to work in a fast paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in leasing matters.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management.
• Help coordinate property tours, tenant inquiries.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency in (MS: Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Word).

• Currently pursuing a 4 year degree with a field of study in, Business, Real

• Intern will be paid $17/hr. and $150 per lease
• Free housing can be offered if relocation is needed.
