Job summary

Johnson Electric in Vandalia, Ohio is seeking motivated Engineering, Operations, and Quality co-ops for a Fall internship. You will support ongoing projects, learn processes, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You'll collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams, take on early responsibilities, and contribute to 2–3 hands-on projects across engineering, quality, and operations leadership. Local candidates preferred, full-time rotation available Sep–Dec 2026.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, or related program.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Must have at least 3 semesters remaining to qualify for the program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.
• Contribute to large-scale projects, taking on a leading role.
• Build professional relationships across various departments.
• Hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Participate in and select 2-3 hands‑on projects related to: Engineering (Mechanical, Application, Electrical, Process, Medtech), Quality, Operations Leadership.
