Job summary

Chess Wizards, Channelview, TX, seeks instructors for after-school chess sessions. Fall season start; interviews for late summer/early fall sessions. Competitive pay $50–$60 per class with 1–5 classes weekly in weekday afternoons (2:00 PM–5:00 PM).

Mileage reimbursement for travel over 15 miles one way; local school sites assigned by manager. Lead sessions for 10–15 elementary students using a structured curriculum, foster engagement, supervise activities, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Experience working with groups of children in educational settings.
• Ability to lead interactive, age-appropriate chess sessions.
• Reliability and ability to drive between locations.

Responsibilities
