AES invites you to join as an Investment Planning Co-Op Engineer for Fall 2027 in Dayton, Ohio. You will work with experienced engineers and business professionals on planning, operation, and modernization of the electric grid, gaining hands-on experience.

You will develop data-driven solutions, build electrical models using PSSE and CYME, create scopes of work, and help prepare business cases with financial modeling.

Formación

• Pursuing or enrolled in an engineering program.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineers on electric infrastructure projects.
• Develop data-driven models and power flow insights.
• Create scope of work documents and project schedules.
• Assist in building business cases with financial modeling.
• Participate in budget validation for annual plans.
• Contribute to Asset Life Cycle Plans and RCAs.
• Work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Attend site visits to substations for field verification.
