Job summary

thinkbrg is seeking an Associate to support teams on complex financial and legal matters, including disputes, healthcare and investigations. You will analyze data, build models, and deliver client-ready analyses and reports, gaining hands-on experience across dispute, investigation, and regulatory compliance workflows.

You will receive mentorship, training, and hands-on learning opportunities from accomplished experts as you contribute to critical financial and regulatory outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, Business, Statistics, or Economics with expected graduation Winter 2026–Summer 2027.
  • 3.6 GPA or higher preferred.
  • Strong quantitative, research, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-service environment.
  • Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Willingness to consider becoming a CPA.
  • Experience with Excel, Stata, R, Python, SQL or similar data analysis tools preferred.
  • Fluency with AI tools is preferred.
  • Must be able to show legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Support client interviews, fraud investigations, compliance reviews, discovery efforts, internal controls assessments, and risk mitigation work.

About the Role

As a n Associate, you will support teams working on complex financial and legal matters, including commercial disputes, heal thcare di sputes and i nvest igation s , business insurance claims, forensic investigations, cyber investigations, international arbitration s , a d vi s or y engagement s in b anking and h ealthcare, and business valuations. You will gain hands‑on experience analyzing da ta an d bu siness records, developing financial models, preparing client deliverables, and supporting expert teams throughout the dispute , investigation , and regulatory compli ance process . You will build your technical skills and contribute to work that shapes important legal and business outcomes. What You'll Do
