Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking enthusiastic seniors for a Fall 2026 Product Development Internship in our New York City office. In this in‑person program, you'll gain hands‑on experience in our Product Development department and collaborate with industry leaders to kickstart your career in beauty.

Responsibilities include supporting daily tasks, owning assigned duties, attending trainings, and working with leaders across departments to complete projects.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student of an accredited college, seniors preferred
• Ability to be in‑person based in NYC office during the fall semester
• Ability to multitask & remain flexible in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills

• Attend trainings and speaking engagements led by tarte leaders across various departments
