Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking enthusiastic seniors from accredited colleges/universities for a Fall 2026 Product Development Internship in New York City. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in our Product Development team and collaborate with industry leaders in a fast-paced office environment.

You will participate in day-to-day tasks, receive trainings, and work on independent projects with guidance from tarte leaders across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student of an accredited college, seniors preferred.
• Ability to be in-person based in NYC office during the fall semester.
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day responsibilities in the Product Development department.
• Ownership of assigned daily/weekly tasks.
• Attend trainings and speaking engagements led by tarte leaders across various departments.
• Work closely with leaders in various departments to complete independent projects.
