Job summary

CyberTeck Academy is seeking a part-time, paid internship onsite teacher for Fall 2026. No prior experience required; paid training and curricula provided. Teach technology classes at schools in VA/MD/DC, with shifts in multiple counties including Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Montgomery, Howard, and DC.

Start: week of Feb 9 to May, with summer/fall opportunities. Must have own vehicle to transport company laptops and equipment; preferred 3+ days per week, especially Howard County.

Qualifications

• Familiar with video games or computer games.
• Enjoys working with and teaching kids ages 5–14.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and reliably.
• Willing to pass criminal and background checks.
• Bonus: basic programming, Minecraft, Lego Robotics, or 3D modeling.

Responsibilities

• Pickup equipment from the local facility and travel to schools.
• Set up laptops and equipment for 8–12 children.
• Teach Minecraft Programming, Game Design, Animation, or Lego Robotics.
• Ensure students leave with parents or staff members.
• Be punctual and ensure safety and supervision.
