Overview

Enterprises Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. As a university/college student, the real‑world experience you’ll receive will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable management skills. Our interns take on the same challenges as our full‑time professionals in a team‑based environment, and throughout your internship your peers will be right by your side to help you learn, grow and have fun.

This is a temporary part‑time position during the fall of 2026 with an hourly rate of $18 per hour. Eligible applicants must be able to work 15–25 hours per week within Enterprise hours from September 15, 2026 to December 10, 2026. December 2026 graduates are preferred.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, every day will be different and filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season you’ll be placed in the middle of everything—just like our Management Trainees—giving you the chance to develop skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, care for customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During the internship you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in December 2026.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle; a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours, except for religious observances.
• Must live within a reasonable commute (no more than 1 hour) to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
• Must have at least 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
