Job summary

Aalo Atomics in Austin, TX, is seeking an Information Technology Intern – Level 1 Help Desk to provide entry-level support for hardware, software, and accounts. You will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, customer service, and IT support processes while working under supervision.

Based in the United States, you will assist with tickets, setup workstations, and maintain documentation, contributing to IT operations and security practices in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows and Linux operating systems, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn technical processes quickly and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and document help desk tickets and service requests.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with password resets, account access, and user support.

About the role

The Information Technology Intern – Level 1 Help Desk provides entry-level technical support to end users by assisting with basic hardware, software, and account-related issues. This position supports daily help desk operations while providing hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, customer service, and IT support processes.
