North Atlantic Industries is offering a Fall 2026 internship for a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern. The role focuses on developing, testing, and maintaining software supporting business operations.

You will work with senior engineers on a variety of systems and technologies, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to ongoing projects. Eligible students will work Monday through Friday in a 40-hour week on-site at our Long Island area facility.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of web applications and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable code in C# and JavaScript under guidance of senior engineers.
• Support troubleshooting and debugging of software issues.
• Assist with database maintenance tasks.
• Help generate reports and document software performance or project progress.
• Learn and apply new tools or technologies introduced by the team.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to learn project requirements and timelines.
