Job summary

Bachelor’s Degree in progress in CM/Civil Eng/Construction Eng Tech is required; this is a paid internship offering exposure to pre-construction and field operations in senior living and multi-family developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress in CM/Civil Eng/Construction Eng Tech is required.
• Internship focuses on management of multi-million dollar projects under experienced supervision.
• Experience with project administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bid solicitations, reference checks, bid books, RFIs/COs, updating schedules, quotes, and other project admin tasks.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, scheduling, permit research, supplier bids, and other general project administration tasks.
