Kokosing, Inc. is seeking students for its College Co-op Program across multiple regions to gain practical construction industry experience.

You will work with seasoned professionals, receive mentorship, and contribute to meaningful projects in areas such as heavy highway, heavy civil, and project management. Opportunities span the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic, with potential housing stipends or mileage reimbursement to ease relocation or commuting.

Qualifications

• We are looking for students interested in a co-op experience for the Spring, Summer or Fall semesters.
• You will be mentored by senior leaders and connected with project teams to learn hands-on construction processes.
• Placement may occur in multiple Kokosing units and regions based on project availability and student interest.

Responsibilities

• As a Co-op, you will work with full-time construction professionals who provide guidance and share expertise on project tasks.
• Supervisors structure your work efforts to help you learn about your area of interest while contributing to project completion.
• You may also be assigned a mentor for questions or support during your co-op.
